Return Policy

 

We hope you love everything you purchased from Cashlyn's Boutique. Our #1 priority is making our customers happy. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know so we can make it right!! Please be sure to read over our return policy carefully to take the next steps of making a return. We accept returns for store credit or exchange only. The following steps must be taken before issued the store credit or exchange: 
    •    Purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase date/delivery date.
    •    Items must be in perfect condition in order to be returned (no stains, free of smells, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
    •    Customer must have proof of purchase, including receipt or order confirmation number.
    •    All jewelry and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.  
    •    Damaged items must be reported within 2-3 days of the receipt date. Reports with attached pictures can be emailed to cashlynsboutique@yahoo.com. 
    •    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
